4. Digital Products & Downloads

• License: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business purposes.
• No Resale: Digital products may not be resold, shared, or distributed in whole or in part.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.
• Access: Download links are provided at checkout. We recommend downloading your purchase immediately. We are not responsible for loss of access due to email or technical issues beyond our control.

5. Consulting & Services

• Booking: Consulting sessions are booked through our scheduling system and require full payment at the time of booking.
• Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Preparation: Clients are expected to provide necessary information and be prepared for scheduled sessions. Failure to do so may impact the quality and outcome of the service.
• Results: While we strive to deliver exceptional results, outcomes depend on many factors including client participation and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific business results from consulting engagements.

6. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, products, and services provided through it are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia.
