Refund Policy.

1. Digital Products

Due to the immediate and downloadable nature of our digital products — including workbooks, blueprints, planners, and templates — all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered or a download link issued, the purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We encourage you to review the product description, preview images, and included materials carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Technical Issues

If a file fails to download, arrives corrupted, or does not match its description, contact us within seven (7) days of purchase at hello@mrsmiathornton.com with your order details. We will repair the file or reissue access promptly. Replacement is the exclusive remedy for technical delivery issues.

3. Consulting & Strategy Sessions

• Payment: Sessions are confirmed only upon full payment at the time of booking.
• Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' written notice.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start receive a full refund less any payment-processing fees. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• No-shows: Failure to attend without notice forfeits the session fee in full.
• Application calls: Application and discovery fees are non-refundable, as the time is reserved exclusively for you.

4. Multi-Phase Engagements

Retainers, intensives, and multi-phase brand engagements are governed by the executed Service Agreement for that engagement. Deposits secure your placement on the calendar and are non-refundable. Work already performed is billable in all circumstances. Where the Service Agreement conflicts with this page, the Service Agreement controls.

5. Speaking & Media

Speaking engagements require the full fee plus approved travel, accommodation, and ground transportation. Cancellation by the client within thirty (30) days of the engagement date forfeits fifty percent (50%) of the fee; within fourteen (14) days, the full fee is retained. Non-refundable travel costs already incurred remain payable in all cases.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a breach of these terms. Please reach out — most concerns are resolved quickly and directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of access to purchased materials.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Refunds are not issued on the basis of business outcomes. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, and factors outside our control. See our Disclaimer for details.
