Digital Product License.

1. Grant of License

Upon full payment, Mia Thornton grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal use or within a single business that you own or operate. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Mia Thornton.

2. Permitted Use

• Use the materials for your personal development or planning.
• Apply the frameworks, prompts, and templates inside one business entity you own.
• Print copies for your own internal use.
• Adapt templates with your own branding for your own client-facing work product, where the template is expressly designed for that purpose.

3. Prohibited Use

• Reselling, licensing, sublicensing, or otherwise distributing the product in whole or in part.
• Sharing files, download links, or account access with anyone outside your business.
• Uploading the product to any website, drive, marketplace, membership, course, or file-sharing service.
• Claiming authorship or ownership of the materials or frameworks.
• Using the materials to create a competing product, course, or template library.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice.
• Training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence models on the materials.

4. Team & Multi-Business Use

The standard license covers one business. If you wish to deploy materials across multiple entities, franchise locations, agency clients, or a team beyond your immediate staff, an extended license is required. Contact hello@mrsmiathornton.com to arrange one.

5. Trademarks

Mia Thornton™, MIAMOR by Mia™, The Mia Method™, Rebuild & Revenue™, The Executive Brand Blueprint™, and related marks, logos, and program names are trademarks of Mia Thornton. Purchase of a digital product does not grant any right to use these marks in your own marketing, products, or business names.

6. Delivery & Access

Products are delivered digitally at checkout and by email. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately. Access to hosted files may be discontinued at any time; your license to the copy you downloaded continues.

7. Termination

This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these terms. Upon termination you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the materials. Termination does not entitle you to a refund. See our Refund Policy.

8. Enforcement

Unauthorized distribution is copyright infringement. We actively monitor for unlicensed use and reserve every legal and equitable remedy available, including takedown notices, statutory damages, and recovery of legal fees.
